Hi there! We're so glad you're here to start your organized style journey with Evin, your minimalist digital wardrobe and style memory companion. This agreement is our friendly promise to each other, making sure we both have the best possible experience as you build your personal style archive.

No account registration is ever required to access all core Evin features. The second you open the app, you can start logging outfits, adding wardrobe items, and exploring your style preferences completely hassle-free.

What You Can Do With Evin

• Build your full digital wardrobe by uploading photos of all your clothing items, no limits on how many pieces you add
• Log daily outfits with notes on weather, mood, occasion, and photos to save every special style moment
• Access smart outfit recommendations based on real-time weather and your past favorite looks
• View your personal wear frequency stats to understand your style habits better
• Export your outfit logs and wardrobe data whenever you want, for personal use

Our Promises to You

• We will never remove the no-login core functionality, you'll always be able to use Evin without creating an account
• All your wardrobe and outfit data is stored locally on your device by default, we never collect or access your personal style data unless you explicitly choose to use optional cloud sync features (if available)
• We will never show you irrelevant third-party clothing ads, all recommendations are based purely on your own wardrobe and outfit history
• We will keep improving Evin with new features that fit our minimalist, heartfelt mission, and never change the core purpose of being your personal style journey keeper

Simple Fair Use Guidelines

• Only upload content that you own or have permission to use, don't share other people's outfit photos or personal information without their consent
• Don't use Evin to store harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Don't use Evin for commercial activities like selling products or scraping user data without our prior written permission

Your Content, Your Ownership

Every photo you upload, every outfit note you write, and every piece of data you add to your Evin wardrobe is 100% yours. You have full right to edit, delete, or export any of your content at any time. We will never claim ownership of your personal style content, and we will never use your content for marketing or other purposes unless you explicitly choose to share it publicly.

If you ever decide to stop using Evin, you can delete all your local data in one tap directly in the app, and we will have no remaining copies of your information.

Agreement Updates

We may update this agreement from time to time as we add new features to Evin. When we do, we will notify you in the app the next time you open it. If you keep using Evin after the update, that means you're happy with the new terms. If you don't agree with the updates, you can always delete your data and stop using the app at any time, no questions asked.
